This knife was forged from 1095/pure nickel. The steel was stacked to a layer count of 666 layers. The ladders were pressed into the blade and the ground off, that is what creates such a repetitious pattern. The handle is curly Tasmanian Blackwood and an African Blackwood ferrule. This knife has a full convex grind.
