This is a 350mm pattern welded Sujihiki, the steels used are 1095/15n20. The pattern used for this knife is an intricate feather pattern that I’ve named Dusk. This is a unique pattern with a bit more 1095 in the mix to give it a darker overall appearance. I have paired the blade with a figured block of Ancient Bog Oak. This knife has a convex grind.
