This knife was forged from a shop made billet of 1.2519 core+cladding. There is a thin layer of pure nickel between the cladding and the 1.2519 core. This knife has forged taper as well as workhorse geometry. The handle of this knife is a piece of figured spalted maple that has been dyed black with an African Blackwood ferrule. This knife has a full convex grind.
