This is a stiff boning or fillet knife with a 6.75” blade and overall length of 12”. This knife is made from .0625” AEBL stainless. AEBL is a great steel that is easy to maintain and takes a wonderful edge. This knife has a double dyed red/green stabilized burl wood. The handle has stainless corby bolts, one of the bolts on the Logo side has a manufacturer defect. The price reflects this blemish. This knife could be used for boning, filleting, outdoor tasks. It is a fine knife with a keen edge. This knife comes with a custom kydex sheath.
