This is a 150mm pattern welded gyuto, the steels used are CruforgeV/15n20. The pattern used for this knife is a lazy twist pattern. This knife has a convex grind. The grind on this knife would be my typical of a lightweight and agile grind. The handle of this knife is composed of fossil walrus ivory ferrule with Ukrainian bog oak main handle.
