This is a 140mm pattern welded gyuto, the steels used are CruforgeV/15n20. The pattern used for this knife is an intricate multibar twist pattern. This knife has a convex grind. The grind on this knife would be my typical of a lightweight and fast grind. The handle of this knife is composed of fossil walrus oosik with an Arizona ironwood main piece.
