240x58 Scorched Mulberry Kasumi

$1,100.00

This gyuto was forged from antique wagon wheel San mai. The core steel is 26c3, I really like it and I think it takes a great edge while also holding it well. This knife has a kasumi finish which was done with Japanese natural stones. The polish was finished with my ohira suita. This knife was forged with a thick ricasso that tapers hard before my makers mark. The handle on this knife is a round/oval handle made of scorched Missouri mulberry. I would consider this knife to have a workhorse grind.
